Doug founded QuinStreet and has served as Chief Executive Officer since July 1999 and as Chairman since March 2004.
Prior to QuinStreet, Mr. Valenti served as a Partner at Rosewood Capital, a venture capital firm, for five years; as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company for three years; in various management roles at Procter & Gamble for three years; and as a decorated Nuclear Submarine Officer and qualified Submarine Warfare Specialist (gold dolphins) for the U.S. Navy for five years.
Mr. Valenti is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, where he graduated with highest honors and was named the Georgia Tech Outstanding Senior; the U.S. Navy postgraduate nuclear engineering program; and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business with an M.B.A., where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Nina has served as our Chief Technology Officer since July 2009 and our President of Product and Technology since July 2015. She previously served as our Senior Vice President of Engineering from November 2006 to July 2009, as our Vice President of Product Development from January 2004 to November 2006, as our Senior Director from January 2003 to January 2004 and as our Director of Product Management from October 2001 to January 2003.
Prior to joining QuinStreet, Ms. Bhanap served as Head of Fixed Income Sales Technology for Europe at Morgan Stanley for five years and as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton for one year.
She holds a B.S. in Computer Science with Honors from Imperial College, University of London, and an M.B.A. from the London Business School.

Shabeer Sharaf has extensive experience in Insurance Product Management working for companies such as Travelers, Nationwide, Chubb, and American Reliable. Prior to insurance, he was a technology manager at Wipro. He holds an MBA in strategy and finance from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the Cochin University of Science and Technology.
